Our equipment covers an extensive range of pipeline sizes. We offer turnkey tapping machines for taps as small as 3/4 inch, and our large-diameter systems, like the TM6120, can perform taps up to 72 inches. Our line stopping solutions, including folding heads, can service pipelines up to 84 inches in diameter, ensuring we have a solution for nearly any municipal application.

Yes. We design and manufacture our cutters, including carbide tipped, HSS, and diamond segment models, to be highly adaptable. We can make them to adapt to any tapping machine, regardless of the original manufacturer. This flexibility allows you to upgrade your cutting capabilities without needing to replace your existing tapping machines, providing a cost-effective solution.

Folding head linestop machines provide a significant cost-saving advantage. They are designed to be inserted through a reduced-size branch fitting and valve. For example, a 20-inch line can be stopped using a 12-inch valve. This reduces expenses by allowing for smaller taps, smaller valves, and smaller fittings, making the entire line stopping operation more economical without sacrificing performance.

Our cutters are designed for a variety of pipeline materials. Carbide tipped cutters are our most popular style and are ideal for most common pipe materials. For tapping into steel lines, we offer High-Speed Steel (HSS) tipped cutters. For challenging materials like concrete-lined pipes, our Diamond Segment cutters provide the necessary cutting power and durability for a clean, successful tap.

Absolutely. Coupon retention is a critical safety feature of our pilot drills. Every pilot drill we manufacture comes equipped with integrated catch wires. These wires are specifically designed to securely capture the cut piece of pipe (the coupon) and retrieve it upon retraction, preventing it from falling into the pipeline and causing potential downstream blockages or damage to equipment.

We offer both electric and hydraulic-driven tapping machines to suit different job site requirements. Our TM100 and TM200 models are electric, ideal for smaller taps and situations where 110V power is readily available. For larger diameter taps requiring more torque and power, our TM250, TM300, TM400, and TM6120 machines are all hydraulically driven for maximum performance.
