Our equipment is designed for a vast range of applications, from small service connections to major infrastructure projects. We manufacture tapping machines capable of handling taps from 3/4 inch all the way up to 72 inches in diameter, and line stopping equipment for pipes as large as 84 inches.

Our cutters are designed for various pipeline materials. We offer carbide tipped cutters for most standard lines, HSS (High-Speed Steel) tipped cutters specifically for tapping into steel pipes, and diamond segment cutters engineered for cutting into challenging concrete-lined pipes. We can supply the right cutter for virtually any material.

A folding head is a cost-effective solution for line stopping. It allows the line stop head to be inserted through a smaller valve and fitting than the actual pipe diameter. This significantly reduces project costs by allowing for smaller taps, valves, and fittings, saving both time and material expenses on the job.

We offer both drive types to suit different job site requirements. Our smaller machines, like the TM100 and TM200, are electric for convenience and portability. Our larger machines, designed for medium to extra-large diameter taps (TM250, TM300, etc.), are hydraulically powered to deliver the torque needed for demanding cuts.

Absolutely. Coupon retention is critical for a clean and safe hot tap. Every pilot drill we manufacture comes standard with catch wires. This feature is designed to guarantee the retention of the cut-out piece (the coupon), preventing it from falling into the pipeline and causing potential downstream blockages or damage.
