There are four standard boring bars that are included with the TM100 base package for performing 0.75″ through 3″ taps
- 1/2″ – 20tpi boring bar, 18″ OAL, for taps 0.75″ – 1.25″ (TM100-015)
- 5/8″ – 18tpi boring bar, 18″ OAL, for taps 1.5″ – 2.0″ (TM100-016)
- 5/8″ diameter “two bolt” boring bar, 18″ OAL, for 2.5″ – 3.0″ taps (TM100-017)
- 5/8″ diameter “two bolt” boring bar, 23″ OAL, for 2.5″ – 3.0″ taps (TM100-018)
Two boring bars are included in the TM100 – 4″ Add On Kit
- 5/8″ diameter “single bolt” boring bar, 23″ OAL (TM100-523)
- 5/8″ diameter “single bolt” boring bar, 28″ OAL (TM100-528)
Two boring bars are included in the TM100 – 6″ Add On Kit
- 3/4″ diameter “single bolt” boring bar, 23″ OAL (TM100-323)
- 3/4″ diameter “single bolt” boring bar, 28″ OAL (TM100-328)
All boring bars are available for purchase separately and can be made to custom lengths upon request
